So we’re easing into our gluten free/vegan week today with a little condiment. This is my dairy free sour cream (aka Cashew cream). The taste is a little different but it’s definitely in the same realm and can be substituted anywhere sour cream is required! It’s smooth and creamy with a little sourness and we like it better than the real thing!
